Glasgow Jazz Services is one of Glasgow's leading music agencies since its inception during Glasgow's Year of Culture status in 1990. Supplying live music - jazz, ceilidh, covers and much more -for all types of events, ranging from private parties to corporate functions.

Glasgow Jazz Services have close links to three of Scotland's most well known musicians:

Bobby Wishart

As musical director of the Scottish Youth Jazz Orchestra, Bobby is one of the premier figures in the Jazz music scene throughout the country. He is able to perform a variety of genres from traditional to modern and is able to operate from solo up to octet.

George Penman Jazzmen

Setting standards of traditional jazz since the heady days of the 50's, George has been a vital part of preserving the jazz tradition in Scotland over many years.

John Carmichael's Ceilidh Band

John has provided music for ceilidhs and country dances all over the world and for a good many years. His reputation for calling the dances is second to none, and he even has his own CD produced!
